The range

Our Pumps

Stainless steel pumping equipment for agriculture, industry and homes — stocked in Al Ain and shipped to export markets worldwide. Manufactured to IS: 8034, with IEC-certified options.

01 — Below the water line

ZSP series — 4″ submersible borewell pumps

Our core product, and the one we build in volume. Multi-stage sets that sit underwater in a 4″ (100 mm) bore and are expected to run for years without anyone touching them.

This is the hardest duty in water pumping. The motor is water-filled, so the winding is cooled by the water it sits in rather than by air that is already at 50 °C. The body, shaft and strainer are stainless steel, because Gulf groundwater eats cast iron from the inside out.

  • Stainless steel motor body, shaft and strainer
  • Water-filled motor for continuous running in high ambient heat
  • Stage count matched to the head you need — from 25 up to 60 stages
  • Individually bench-tested and labelled before boxing

Models in production

Two of the sizes we currently stock

Figures below are taken from the rating plates on units in our own stock. The ZSP series runs across a wider set of stage counts and motor ratings than the two shown here — ask us for the size that fits your bore.

ZSP-100-5-25-3.0

Farms, villas and compounds on a shallower bore

Motor3.0 HP / 2.2 kW
Stages25
Max discharge160 LPM (9.6 m³/h)
Max head150 m
Bore size4″ (100 mm)

ZSP-100-5-60-7.5

Deep bores — where the water sits a long way down

Motor7.5 HP / 5.5 kW
Stages60
Max discharge165 LPM (9.9 m³/h)
Max head360 m
Bore size4″ (100 mm)

Maximum head and maximum discharge are the two ends of the curve, not the same operating point — a pump lifting near its maximum head delivers less water. Send us your depth and the volume you need and we will tell you which model actually meets both.

Reading the label

What the model number tells you

Every carton carries a printed rating label, and every motor carries the same details engraved on the body. Nothing is hidden behind a sales code — you can check what you have been sent against what you ordered.

ZSP — 100 — 5 — 253.0

  • ZSP — Zain submersible pump
  • 100 — the 100 mm frame, for a 4″ borewell
  • 5 — series designation
  • 25 — number of stages; more stages means more head
  • 3.0 — motor rating in HP

The label also carries the serial number, the kW rating, delivery size, and both the maximum head and maximum discharge. Quote the serial number to us and we can trace the exact unit.

Before it is boxed

Tested, then labelled in your language.

Every motor that leaves us carries a Tested OK sticker. It goes on after the unit has been run, not before.

Each unit also carries a safety label in Arabic and Englishdo not operate this submersible motor without filling it with fresh water. It is the single most common way a good pump is destroyed in its first hour on site, and the man installing it should not have to read a second language to be warned about it.

The model, serial number, kW/HP rating, maximum current, frequency, duty class and month of manufacture are engraved directly on the motor body, so the details survive even if the label does not.

On the floor

Finished sets, waiting to go out

A pass down the line: assembled ZSP sets, cable guards fitted, warning labels on, each one already run and stickered.

This is what “in stock” looks like. When we quote you a lead time on a standard 4″ set, we are quoting from a floor that looks like this — not from a supplier’s promise.

Silent clip, plays on a loop. Want to see a specific size before you order? Ask us and we will send a photo or a video of the actual unit.

02 — At the surface

Monoblock & centrifugal pumps

Surface-mounted pumps where the motor and pump share a single shaft. Compact, quick to install, and easy to service — the practical choice when the water is already at or near ground level.

  • Direct-coupled — no shaft alignment to get wrong, fewer parts to fail
  • High-flow output for irrigation lines, transfer and pressure boosting
  • Threaded and flanged connections
  • Single-phase and three-phase

Tanks and sumps · open wells · booster sets · farm irrigation · overhead tank filling

03 — Plant & process

Industrial & heavy-duty

For plants and large sites where a stopped pump stops everything else with it. These are specified against the duty rather than picked from a catalogue — tell us the application and we will size it.

  • Process and transfer — cooling loops, treatment stages, production lines
  • Bulk supply — large farms, labour accommodation, multi-building sites
  • Fire-fighting systems — pressure and flow held to specification
  • Continuous duty — built for installations that never switch off

Specification

Built to standard

Submersible pumpsets are manufactured to IS: 8034, with IEC-certified options for markets that require them. Components are CNC-machined for dimensional accuracy and rotating parts are dynamically balanced.

Motor bodyStainless steel
ShaftStainless steel, ground to close tolerances
StrainerStainless steel — blocks particles above a set size
StatorVacuum impregnated, epoxy coated for corrosion resistance
RotorPolyurethane coated, dynamically balanced
WindingsPVC / polyester insulated
Thrust bearingSelf-aligning, water lubricated, high axial load
Cable sealingSealed against sand and borewell water ingress
Duty classS1 — continuous running
MarkingModel, serial, rating and date engraved on the motor body

Why it lasts

  • Water-filled motor — cools the winding far better than air, which matters at 50 °C ambient
  • Abrasion-resistant impellers — survive the sand and grit that destroy lesser pumps
  • Optional non-return valve — reduces back pressure when the pump switches off
  • Efficient electrical design — lower draw, lower running cost over the pump’s life

Proven applications

Sprinkler and drip irrigation · agriculture · civil and industrial projects · fire-fighting systems · landscaping · hospitality and resorts

Sizing

Five numbers and we can size it

Buying the wrong size costs twice — once when you pay for it, and again when it burns out early. Send us these and we will recommend the right pump, with no obligation.

01

Water source
Borewell, open well, tank or mains — and the bore diameter if it is a borewell.

02

Depth to water
How far down the water actually sits, not how deep the bore was drilled.

03

Delivery height
How high the water has to be lifted, and how far it then has to travel.

04

Water needed
Roughly how much per hour or per day — or the area being irrigated.

05

Power available
Single-phase, three-phase or solar.

Not sure about some of these? Send what you know. After 15 years of sizing pumps in this region we can usually work out the rest from the application.
